Hey you guys!
I haven't been able to upload anything since I'm in the swedish archipelago celebrating midsummer. I don't have my computer so I can't upload any of my photos but hopefully I'll be able to tonight :)
Yesterday we had wonderful weather but I can't say the same about today, it's kind of cloudy and cold. J is out fishing with a friend and I'm at the house, I don't really like fishing so I stayed but now I miss my own home! The internet here is sooooo sloooooow. I'm actually using my phones wifi for the computer.
Well, I guess that is it for now. Now I'm going to try and watch some TV. Happy midsummer!

Passing By
Yo!
Today I had a long day at work - even though I slept in a bit :) No daily look this time, even though I really liked my outfit... :( next time! :)
I quit work at 16.30 and then went to Gina Tricot to buy two tube tops, one black and one white, to have under some see through tops :) I would like to buy some bandeau some time but I don't have the confidence to use them quite yet, maybe when I've lost some weight.
I met a friend after work. We made some food together, bean stew and salad and then we saw this movie Chronicle. It looked like it would be nice in the beginning but it kind of went crazy at the end. But it was entertaining, though not a movie that I would recommend. The story is about three teenagers (boys) who got mysterious superpowers and who they use and misuse their powers. One boy is kind of unstable even from the start of the movie, with a sick mom and an abusive father. It's filmed as it would be from a hand camera, which is kind of cool :)
Then my friend explained some basic photographing stuff, like generally how to use shutter, aperture, ISO, white balance etc. Maybe I'll upload a tutorial some time when I've learned more :)
I just have a small music tip for today: Rain. He is also a korean idol, but he is a solo artist and a very popular one. He is also an actor and have participated in the american movies "Ninja Assasin" and "Speed Racer". Lee Joon from MBLAQ (see earlier post about MBLAQ) plays the teenage version of the role that Rain later plays. I've only heard one of Rain's songs: Love Song, and it is really good. When I have more time on my hands I'll try to listen to more of his songs! Rain:

Daily music tip: MBLAQ
I said before that I would try and post everyday about some music, todays topic is MBLAQ! It's a band of 5 guys and they make great music. My favorite songs are "Stay", "Cry", "Oh Yeah", "Mona Lisa", "Y" and one of their newest singles "It's war". They are going on an Asia Tour this summer so if you are in Asia you should really try to see them! I'm going to miss out on them with 6 days when I'm in Japan :( (I'll miss out on SHINee with 3 days...)
They participate in Hello Baby, season 5, it is hilarious! :)
And by the way: I do not own all of the pictures that I post, especially not the ones on the idols.
J just recently finished a big project in school so we went out with his parents to eat dinner. We ate at a nice restaurant at Skeppsbro, it was good food and even better company. J ate ribs and I salmon. My outfit for the dinner was:
The blouse is from Lindex, I don't remember what it cost but I bought it recently so it should still be some left to buy :) I don't know if it shows a lot on the photo but I'm actually wearing a golden eyeliner! It's from IsaDora and is called "Glitter Eyeliner 30 Gold". Its a liquid eyeliner and it cost 110kr, they were also available in silver colored! These two colors fits every eye or skin color perfectly! Black eyeliner makes your eyes look smaller and brighter colored eyeliner enhances your eyes, so I think it's good to vary between different colors for different effects!
Well, that's all from me! Good night! :)

Today's look
I was really excited today since I was going to a hairdresser at Toni&Guy (470kr) which I booked last week. But, of course my hairdresser got sick and cancelled. The only new times that they had this week would have cost 770kr and I think that is too expensive for a haircut. I mean, even 470kr for a haircut is quite expensive..
I also bought this eye shadow brush from Kicks (not on sale and around 80-100kr I don't really remember). The "brush" that comes with the eye shadow is not good but worth keeping in case you go out and decide to bring the eye shadow. The brush I bought is called smudge brush 204 and it is actually quite good for its low price. If you are not familiar with using brushes you should be careful not to put to much eye shadow on it since it will fall to your cheeks when you try to apply it. You should tap the brush before applying so all the excess make-up falls down (preferably back to the lid so you can reuse it).
I used this sky-blue nail polish from IsaDora, it costs around 70kr, you can find it at Kicks. It has a wide brush which is supposed to make it easier to apply the polish, however I don't like wide nail polish brushes at all. They only make the color uneven and threadlike on your nails so it takes a long time to apply it so it looks good... I love the color but really don't like the brush.
So, this was my look today. A light blue cardigan from Flash. I usually don't like their clothes very much but I was shopping with my mom and we entered Flash since they had a sale. Luckily, I found this cute cardigan for 250kr (originally 500kr). They had the cardigan in different colors; light blue, light pink, black, beige and grey. I liked the blue and pink the most, but I generally don't use much pink clothing so I went for the blue one!
When you have colorful clothes it is good to have natural or basic looking make-up, otherwise it will probably look to much. I used this IsaDora Triple Eye Shadow, which I bought on Kicks for about 40kr (70% sale!!). Kicks has a lot of sale so if you have the opportunity you should go. These eye shadows are really basic so you can use them everyday to whatever outfit!

Thanks for reading, hope you find some of this to your help!

Skin care for everyone!
In my last post I started to mentioned skin care and I even boldly stated that I won the battle against bad skin.
Well, in my opinion I did. When I look at photos from January I noticed I had really bad skin with a lot of acne, pimples and red spots. Especially around my forehead and mouth area.
Now when I started to try and loose weight, I have attempted to eat less fast food and bad food (like candy, chips etc). I have also started to walk almost everyday, and I even trained sometimes. This has really cleansed my skin and now I have almost no pimples at all! Happy!
The first step to try and cure bad skin is healthy (or at least healthier) food and more exercise! (Exercise is the cheapest alternative :))
I also have to give some credit to Dermalogica and their wonderful products. I would really recommend to buy one of their skin care kits - they have for all different types of skin and even a skin for teens. They can be pricey but in the kit you get several different products, and after trying all you can choose which product or products you liked the best and only buy those. You should consult someone that works for Dermalogica to see which kit that suits your skin the best!
I actually received a Teen Skin Kit as a gift from my boyfriends mom, thank you! :)

In this kit you get: a Daily Moisturizer, a Nightly Moisturizer, a Scrub, a Spray and a Wash Off. I really liked these products and they felt really nice and clean on my skin.
I decided that I wanted to continue with Dermalogica but I wanted to try a new moisturizer since I got a really greasy T-zone (The teens series have a bit thicker skin products). I bought Dermalogica Active Moist which is especially for people with oily skin (and mixed skin). This product can be used as both day and nigh moisturizer and that works wonderfully for me. However some people might feel that they want a thicker nightly moisturizer, if that's the case you can buy another thicker night cream from Dermalogica as well.
You can buy this in NK or Åhléns in Stockholm, but you can also order from the web:
http://www.dermalogica.com/us/
However it doesn't seem like they have the teen skin kit on the net... :(
My product cost 600kr for 100ml. There was also the possibility to buy 50ml but the cost was 400kr, so I felt it was better to buy the bigger one. You are only supposed to use one click as bis as a pea for each time. That's enough! Especially this Active Moist cream is quite runny so when you open the lid there is already a bit of cream on the opening, and that's enough to cover your face. You don't need to take more! The 100ml bottle should last for about 6 months so even if it feels expensive it really lasts long.
Well, at least I like Dermalogica a lot and it has really helped my skin improve! I guess I should go to sleep now, work is waiting for me in the morning.
Good night!

Weight battle! Starts now!
I was thinking on sharing my tips of music, movies and TV-shows but I thought, eh let's talk about skin care, make up and clothing as well! :)
That way I can also tell you about my victory over bad skin and my current weight struggle. Let's start talking about weight. I have always had this passion for food and goodies, and this has of course led to some extra kilos. I now that weight can be a touchy subject for some, and it is so for me as well since it makes me feel insecure. But maybe by sharing my thoughts here it will give me new power to do something about it.
I'm currently weighing about 68kg. And I'm 164cm. For just some weeks ago I weighed 70kg so at least I'm in the right direction. For about 3years ago I was also 164cm but I weighed 56kg. That's a big difference! So my goal is to go down 12kg until I reach 56kg again! I will document my (hopefully) weight loss, as long with my exercising and food. Then I shall weigh myself every monday and see if I make some progress! :)
This means war!

SHINee
Recently I have started to listen to a lot of Kpop (korean pop) and I'll probably post a great deal about different favorite bands and songs! I have also started watching korean variety show, they are so funny. Totally different from western reality shows. Tips are cute "Hello Baby", which basically is about a korean idols taking care of a child for some time. It's hilarious. Well, it's probably funnier when you know the bands as well :) The show also tries to give some tips on how to raise your child, how to make it easier for them to learn, expand their imagination etc.
Anyway, back to the topic. Kpop! The first band I started listen to was SHINee. They are so awesome, it's a group of five guys; Onew, Jonghyun, Taemin, Minho and Key. They are all so talented in both singing and dancing and their music really makes you smile :)
This is their official japanese website: http://shinee.jp/
I didn't find their ordinary official website :/ anyways all their songs are on youtube. Some of my personal favorites are Replay, Hello, Quasimodo, Ready or Not, Jojo, Ring Ding Dong, Lucifer and of course their newest single Sherlock.
SHINee has also participated in "Hello Baby", you can check out the subbed version here:

Here's a pic of the charming boy band! (They have a hippie look on this album cover but they're not hippie at all...)

I'll try and post new tips of music everyday. It will probably mostly be Kpop now when I'm so in love with the genre. Hope you find it to your liking!
